Some of your guests might be travelling from different locations to be there with you on your special day. You might have to make some travel and accommodation arrangements for them before and after the wedding.

Transport

Consider the following aspects of planning transportation for some guests who might need help getting around:

• Can you arrange for a shuttle to pick up guests from their hotels/accommodations to the wedding venue?
• Are taxis or services like Uber easily available from their hotels/accommodations and around the wedding venue?
• Can you pre-arrange for taxi pick up and/or drop off for some guests?
• Are there guests traveling with small children?
• Can guests who have their own transportation arranged (cars and have additional space) accommodate the ones who don’t? If yes, then get them to exchange phone numbers and stay connected!

Accommodation

Consider some accommodation options closer to the wedding venue for guests who are either travelling from far away or have young kids or would not like to travel back after a night out of drinking (and partying!). When considering hotels, always check with them for group discounts if you are planning to book multiple!
